Ice Obsidian, also known as Ice-Grade Obsidian, is a type of volcanic glass originating from the Hekla volcano in Iceland. It is a mineral formed during volcanic eruptions in the Ice Age. One of the main characteristics of Ice Obsidian is its ability to be handled and polished, becoming smoother and shinier over time without the need for oil. Its transparency is higher than that of regular obsidian. Brazil is famous for its high-quality Ice Obsidian, which is known for its vibrant colors and excellent transparency, making it a representative of the "Crystal Kingdom."
